Heart of the Beaverhead

You are invited to join us on Tuesday, October 15th, 2024 for an educational presentation by Dawn Conklin, Executive Director of Trust Montana.

**Meeting Description:**

As the affordable housing crisis intensifies across the country, community land trusts (CLTs) are gaining traction as a key solution. This meeting will focus on how city and county governments can partner with Trust Montana to support the development of permanently affordable homes. We will explore various ways municipalities can contribute, such as donating land, providing subsidies, collaborating on grants, and implementing policies that incentivize for-profit developers to create affordable housing. Join us to learn how local governments and developers can work together to expand Montana's stock of permanently affordable homes.
