About the Department
The Human Resources Department was established as a part of the City Administration Office. The Human Resources Director provides leadership, support and guidance in all areas of human resources, oversees and provides support in the areas of recruitment, benefits management, training and development, performance evaluation, safety, health and environment regulations and requirements, employment law, policy development, and employee relations. Human Resources champions a positive organizational culture and employee relations, encourages teamwork, and fosters employee engagement.
